Born in northern California and raised in a ranching environment, her family were in the Hereford and Quarter Horse industry. After attending the University of California, Cynthia went on the Pro Rodeo circuit where her travels lead her to Texas which is home to more horses than any other state. The north Texas area is considered to be the equine mecca of the state with over 40,000 horses and more than 400 horse farms. The ideal climate, soil and abundant water gives it a reputation for equine excellence, thus making it the perfect home for Cynthia and her six horses.
Horses and real estate have always been a lifestyle for her. She was nominated trainer of the year in Texas and is a competitive barrel racer, team roper as well as a polo player. She has also been a wrangler for several western movies. Cynthia is passionately involved with horse rescues.
Cynthia understands the needs of horse owners, farmers and ranches, which is why her real estate specialty is Farm and Ranch “local to global”. Her motto is “THE COWGIRL WAY” Honesty, Integrity and Determination. She loves the North Texas area, as well as the wonderful people and of course, all the beautiful horses.
Cynthia loves selling “the dream.”
